Rich Horgan has served as Chief Financial Officer of DV Group and its affiliated entities since 2016. With more than three decades of experience in financial services, fixed income, and futures markets, he oversees the firm's financial operations, capital management, and strategic growth initiatives.

Shifra Katz serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel for DV Securities, DV Equities, and DV Trading. She oversees regulatory compliance, legal affairs, and anti-money laundering programs across the organization. Prior to joining DV, she held senior regulatory roles with both the CFTC and the National Futures Association (NFA).

Eric Carlino leads the Fixed Income division of DV Group and serves as Trading Principal of DV Securities. With more than 30 years of experience in fixed income trading, financing, risk management, and operations, he oversees the firm's fixed income strategy while bringing deep expertise across institutional markets and complex trading environments.

Dino Verbrugge co-founded DV Trading in 2006 and serves as a leader across several DV Group businesses. In addition to his role with DV Trading, he is CEO of DVX Capital Markets and Independent Trading Group (ITG), bringing extensive experience in proprietary trading, market making, and capital markets across North America.

Jared Vegosen co-founded DV Trading in 2006 and has played a key role in building the firm into a global proprietary trading and market-making organization. Based in Chicago, he oversees the continued growth of DV Group’s trading businesses, broker-dealers, and affiliated financial entities across multiple asset classes and markets.
